Please Tidy your Rubbish

Our housekeeping team does a wonderful job of ensuring that your room is always clean & comfortable. Please ensure that you dispose of rubbish & food in the bins provided before checking out.

Extra occupants

Management is aware that unfortunately there are instances when guests will have more people staying in their room than what was stated on the booking. Please be aware that if you have additional people staying with you, a fee of $25 per person per night will apply.

Late check out.

Check-out is 10 am unless otherwise prearranged with management. If you would like a late check-out, 11 am $30, 12 pm is $40 and any later than 12 pm incurs the following night’s charge. In the event of a late checkout above mentioned relevant charges may apply.

Damages

A minimum $200 cleaning fee will apply to the below if not adhered to. Please note, Fees may vary up to $2000.

• Smoking in the motel rooms
• Bed wetting or soiling the beds of any nature.
• Any form of damage to the furnishings in the room, including mattresses and appliances.
• Key must be returned upon check out, should the key not be returned. You will be charged $200.
